2. Purpose of the Platform
BiFiles Chat is a community-based chat platform created to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for bisexual people and allies to connect and communicate.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use BiFiles Chat responsibly and respectfully. The following behavior is not permitted:

Repeatedly disrupting conversations or the community atmosphere
Violation of these rules may result in warnings, restrictions, or removal from the platform.
4. Accounts and Guest Login
Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account.
Guest Login allows users to view chatrooms but does not allow posting messages, sharing media, or interacting with other members.
Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. Audio and Video Chat
Some chatrooms support audio and/or video communication. By using these features, you consent to participating in real-time audio or video conversations.
Recording, saving, or sharing audio or video content without the explicit consent of all participants is strictly prohibited.
6. Content Moderation
To maintain a safe environment, BiFiles Chat reserves the right to monitor, review, moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms of Service.
This may include messages, images, audio, video, or files shared within the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content shared on BiFiles Chat remains the property of its original creator. By posting content, you grant BiFiles a non-exclusive, limited license to display that content within the platform for community purposes.
Do not upload or share copyrighted material unless you have the right to do so.
8. Limitation of Liability
BiFiles Chat is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiFiles shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of BiFiles Chat after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
